Lee masEl filtro de modo común de chip es un pequeño inductor de chip con núcleo de ferrita y dos tipos de líneas enrolladas. Altamente efectivo en la supresión de ruido, con alta impedancia de modo común en la banda de ruido y baja impedancia de modo diferencial en la banda de señal, baja impedancia de modo diferencial con alto factor de acoplamiento. Prácticamente no hay distorsión en la señal de alta velocidad. Típicamente utilizado para la supresión de ruido de radiación EMI en cualquier dispositivo electrónico.
