ARN Series Chip resistors are designed on high thermal conductivity Aluminum Nitride substrate with enlarged backside terminations to reduce the thermal resistance. As with any high power chip resistor has good ability to remove the heat to the overall performance of the devices.

● High-power resistors 1206 up to 2 watts, 2512 6W soon is coming
● Offer 2x the power rating over traditional thin-film chip resistors
● Designed with enlarged backside terminations to reduce the thermal resistance
● Low TC down to 25 ppm/C ,Tight tolerance to 0.1%
