De tantalum nitride resistieve film vormt een vochtbestendige tantalum pentoxide barrièrelaag die bestand is tegen duizenden vochtigheidstesten onder spanning bij 85 °C / 85% relatieve vochtigheid. Deze nauwkeurige robuuste prestatie is een ideale keuze voor een breed scala aan toepassingen die precisieweerstand vereisen met langetermijnstabiliteit, betrouwbaarheid en kritische omgeving. TaN dunne filmweerstand is geschikt voor uw hoogwaardige ontwerpen.
